Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

​

  • Orchestrate a Symphony of Support: Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that resonates with individual donors, corporations, and foundations. Secure major gifts that propel our mission forward.

  • Cultivate Lasting Connections: Build and nurture deep, meaningful relationships with our valued donors. Transform supporters into passionate advocates.

  • Lead with Vision: Oversee all aspects of fundraising campaigns, from annual appeals to planning, implementing and managing the logistics of our  annual Night 2 Uplift gala and our vital Teen Advocates 4 Children program.

  • Unlock Corporate Potential: Forge strategic corporate partnerships, securing sponsorships and grants that fuel our vital programs.

  • Tell Our Story: Collaborate with our leadership team to craft compelling marketing and fundraising materials, including our annual Impact Report and engaging social media content.

  • Empower a Team: Lead and mentor event-related volunteers, contractors, and vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Navigate the Digital Landscape: Manage peer-to-peer fundraising strategies and utilize CRM software to track and enhance donor engagement.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

​

  • A proven track record of fundraising success, with 3-5 years of experience in securing major gifts.

  • A passion for our mission and a deep commitment to children's well-being.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • A strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies.

  • Experience in corporate fundraising and building successful partnerships.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and fundraising databases.

  • A self-driven, deadline-oriented work style, with grace under pressure.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
