Become a Dream Team
A Dream Team is a group of people who volunteer to uplift a child with a rare or undiagnosed medical condition.
​
By inviting a child to join their group as an honorary member, the team provides a community of support to make the child feel special, provide moments of joyful normalcy, and keep them uplifted and encouraged!
