2017 CHAMPION TEAMMATES
The Champion Teammate Program is a signature program for CC4C. The goal is to bring hope, joy and encouragement to children suffering from rare, undiagnosed, or acute conditions by matching each CC4C child with a teammate who is a celebrity or well-respected professional. Our teammates are truly champions. Each teammate commits to fundraising for CC4C. The funds raised go directly back to the organization to be used to help fund our children and their families. Please give us your support!
